One-on-One Sessions
This is a single one-on-one 90-minute session that can be done in person or over video chat if you are distant from me. In this session, we can deal with more simplistic issues that are not buried deep in trauma or childhood wounding. This is actually a great refresher session for my clients whom I have supported previously at deeper levels but just want a little tune up. Or perhaps you are one of the lucky ones whose issues don't go deep into your believes about yourself and the world around you, and we can clear things up nicely in 90 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, but it can be a great place to start. I recommend booking a discovery call to help us explore what will support you the best.
Packages
These are groups of sessions, in sets of 6, 12, or 18 one-on-one sessions that allow us to dive deeper into issues that affect what you believe about yourself and the reality around you. This is where I see the most progress for my clients, and where I can offer the most support. Once you book a discovery call with me, we can explore what you need and which package might work best for your goals and ultimate healing. These can be arranged in a format that works best for your schedule and my ability to go deep with you. Included in these packages is also an outlined program, videos and heart work exercises to support you between sessions, and access to me on a limited basis between sessions. I want to you feel as supported and loved during this process as possible.
Group Sessions
This is one of my favorite ways to help people heal! A group session can be so dynamic and personal, while reaching many souls at the same time. The synchronicities in a group always amaze me, and we can support each other simply by being on the journey together. Another bonus is that the cost can be split by many, making it much more efficient and no less effective for the participants.
I am comfortable in groups from three up to 300+. Festivals are a great place for these powerful sessions, as are yoga events, work retreats or anywhere that people are open, respectful, and desire to heal. Contact me for a demo video - I'd love to share this amazing tool!
