My name is Meg

I am an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, otherwise known as EFT or tapping. I love tapping! Holding space and gently guiding someone through their pain and out to the other side, into the expanse of self-love, lights me on fire! I can't wait for you to experience this kind of inner peace and beauty.

What is Tapping?

At Healing with Heart and Soul, I offer a range of services to help people heal and grow. I specialize in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a powerful personal development tool that can help you identify and release emotional blocks and traumas. EFT is an evidence-based practice that helps to restore balance within the body’s energy system, allowing for improved mental and physical wellbeing.

 

I typically do 90-minute one-on-one sessions, in which we identify the most pressing issue for you, get really clear on it, bring a lot of love and empathy to the issue, release the negative beliefs or thought patterns associated with it, move you into new beliefs, and make those changes permanent for you. We use call and echo communication throughout the session, and while I am guiding it, you are totally in control the whole time. While we are talking, we tap on certain meridian points on the body. This does several things for you: 1) it keeps you centered in your body and your emotions, 2) it keeps you very present, and 3) it helps you shift the emotions or beliefs on a very deep and permanent level. How often have you said something like "I know (fill in the blank), but I still do (blank)"? We all have, and that's why logically understanding your issue hasn't shifted it for you yet - because it has not been emotionally integrated, and this is where tapping shines! You can feel the shift in your body when you let go of an old pattern that no longer serves you and adopt a new, more beneficial one. It's phenomenal and permanent!
